Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours incur a cancellation fee of $50.
This applies to all late cancellations, including sickness related.
Non-attendance of an appointment without notification incurs a charge of the full private fee for time booked.
A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking for new clients. If a cancellation is made outside of 24 hours to a booking with a deposit held, the full amount will be refunded or credited as preferred.
